The product required a little assembly and was rather easy to install and activate. It works better than I expected as to the responsiveness to my commands hundreds of miles away as well as the ease of maneuvering particularly around tight places when I tilt the camera down. The packaging was well thought out perfectly protective and easy to unpack.
